2. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Fonts are served from our own server, so browsing this site sends no data to third parties. For this reason, no cookie consent is needed on this site.
3. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. The data is delivered to us by email to info@infin-software.fi.
- Technical log data: our hosting provider stores standard web-server logs including IP address and timestamp. Logs are used only to keep the service running and secure.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Contact-form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and related communication (for example arranging an INCO demo). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries sent to us and, where relevant, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter, at most 12 months after the matter is closed, unless a customer relationship or legislation requires longer retention.
6. Disclosure and transfers
We do not disclose your data to third parties or use it for marketing. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA. The website is hosted within the EU by a provider acting as a technical processor.
7. Security
The site uses a TLS-encrypted connection (HTTPS). The contact form is protected against automated spam, and form data is not stored on the web server — it is relayed directly to our email. Access to that email is limited to the people handling the matter.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request rectification or erasure, and object to processing. To exercise your rights, contact info@infin-software.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Finland the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman).
9. The INCO service
This notice covers only the infin-software.fi website. The INCO service has its own privacy notice, provided to customers during onboarding.
10. Changes
We may update this notice, for example when the site's features change. The current version is always available on this page.
